Where We Ship

We currently ship to all states in Malaysia including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. We also ship internationally β€” please contact us at support@haramluxe.com for international enquiries.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Malaysian public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During peak seasons (Hariraya Aidilfitri, Hariraya Aidiladha, and year-end holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Important β€” Fragrance Shipping Notice

Perfumes and fragrances are classified as regulated goods for international air transport. All our products are carefully packaged in compliance with shipping regulations. We use bubble wrap, sealed boxes, and fragrance-safe packaging to ensure your order arrives safely.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp (if provided). You can track your parcel through our courier partner's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.


Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped from our overseas warehouse, your order may be subject to Malaysia's Low-Value Goods (LVG) tax of 10% on items valued at RM500 or below. This is collected at checkout and remitted to the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD). No surprise charges upon delivery.


Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@haramluxe.com. We will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, public holidays, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.


Failed Delivery / Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel or provide a valid alternate address.
